Meet Dr. Kelly Chick
Dr. Kelly Chick grew up in Ann Arbor, MI and began her education at the University of Michigan, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Anthropology. After working in the dental field for several years as a dental assistant and office manager, she completed a Master of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in Biology.
Dr. Kelly Chick graduated in 2022 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, becoming a fourth-generation dentist along with her sister, Taylor Chick. During her time at U of M, she was a team member of the 2022 Victors for Veterans program, helping to provide dental care to the veterans of Michigan falling below poverty level. She received the Michigan Dental Plan Board’s William J. Nicholson Memorial Scholarship, the Michigan Periodontal Alumni Association Award for Preventative Periodontal Excellence and the Eleanor J. Bushee Award for Academic Excellence and Outstanding Leadership from the American Association of Women Dentists.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, exercising and traveling. She welcomed her first child, James, in September (2022).
